UK Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class. The cost of Post and Packaging is £1.95.All orders within the UK, over £35 in value are delivered free of charge. You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail usually state 3-5 days for delivery, however in the event you believe a parcel may have gone missing, please allow up to 10 days as per Royal Mail guidelines for delivery. We only ship to European Union(EU) countries, plus Norway and other non EU Scandanavian countries at a fixed cost of £5.00.You must click on Europe as a delivery option when requested to select delivery option. As this is a manual option, if it is not clicked we have to add the £5 cost manaully.
Returns and Errors Every effort is made to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition, however, in the event that any item should arrive in an unsatisfactory condition the fault or damage should be reported immediately so that a replacement may be sent. In this event we shall part send your order and send the outstanding item as soon as it's back in stock- you will not be charged again for p&p on the oustanding item, if this situation should occur.
